桜咲く日の収受印 / Cherry Blossom Day Receipt Stamp

3月31日、五分咲きの桜の日に、年に一度の、NPO法人の事業報告書類の提出の為に県庁へ行ってきました。

On March 31, the day when the cherry blossoms were in full bloom, I went to the prefectural office to submit the annual business report for the NPO.

毎年、書類作成を行なうこの時期は、ナーバスになる気持ちを抑える為、逆に、気合いを込めている時期ですが、今年はすんなりと書類作成を終えられました。きっと、体調が少し回復しているからでしょう。

During this time of year, when I prepare the submission documents, I usually feel nervous, so I try to channel that energy into my work. However, this year, I was able to complete the document preparation smoothly. I believe it's because my health has improved a bit.

一年振りにお会いする県庁の担当者の方から、「では、これを受領書代わりに」と言われて、初めて “収受印” を捺した書類を返してもらいました。来年は、どんな会話になるか楽しみです。

After a year, I met with the person in charge at the prefectural office, who said, "Here, take this as a receipt," and for the first time, I received a document stamped with the "receipt seal." I'm looking forward to what kind of conversation we will have next year.
