路面清掃報告「冬カットの公園」/ Park after Winter Cutting

11月18日、“冬カット” された赤穂市交通公園の路面清掃は、気分が盛り上がって、公園の外周路約30㎡の清掃になりました。
On November 18th, the road cleaning at Ako City Traffic Park, which had been "winter-cut," was done with great enthusiasm, and participants cleaned approximately 30 square meters of the park's outer road.

『冬カット / Winter Cutting 』

実は、清掃に行った前日、公園に数多く植えられている生垣（灌木）が庭師さんによって剪定されて、公園全体がとてもすっきりした印象になっていました。
In fact, the day before I went to clean, the gardener had pruned the park's many hedges (shrubs), giving the entire park a much neater look.

お陰で、公園を訪れた人は好印象を受けるでしょうし、繰り返し訪問してくれるでしょうし、機会があれば、自転車やオートバイの練習をしてみたいと思ってくれるでしょう。そう考えると嬉しくて嬉しくて、気持ちよく広い面積の路面を清掃出来ました。

Thanks to this, visitors to the park will have a good impression, and they will likely return, and if the opportunity arises, they will want to try practicing cycling or motorcycling. Thinking about this made me so happy, and I felt great cleaning such a large area of road.

『少し年配の人 / A Slightly Older Person 』

公園を清掃していると様々な人と顔見知りになります。今回は、今までに何度がお話をさせて戴いている方とお会い出来ました。「おはよう～～」と、いつもと同じ様に大きな声を掛けてくれた方は、いつもと同じ様に公園の横を通ってウォーキングの途中でした。しかし、以前とは異なり、防寒対策としてダウンジャケットを羽織り、いつもより少しふっくらとした姿になっていました。そうです、ここ赤穂では神戸や大阪などの都会地よりも冬が一足先にやって来ます。どうぞ、風邪などを召されず、また元気に声を掛けて下さい。それが、この清掃の力にもなるのです。

When I clean up the park, I get to meet a lot of different people. This time, I met a slightly older person (perhaps around my age?) who I've spoken to many times before. He greeted me loudly with a "Good morning!" as usual, and was walking past the park as usual. However, unlike before, he was wearing a down jacket to protect himself from the cold, and looked a little plumper than usual. That's right, winter arrives here in Ako a little earlier than in urban areas like Kobe and Osaka. Please stay safe and stay cheerful and say hello again. That will also help power this cleanup.

『外周路 / Outer Perimeter 』

外周路の清掃を完了させる事は大切です。実際、自転車などの講習会が行なわれる場面を想定すれば、公園の中央部で交差する 2本の直線路の他に、講習を受ける人々の移動路として外周路は欠かせないからです。そして、今回の清掃後、外周路の未清掃部は約25ｍ、75㎡ほどです。きっと、後 3回の清掃で完了できるでしょうし、年内中に完了させたいと考えております。

It is important to complete the cleaning of the outer perimeter path. In fact, if bicycle and other training courses are held, the outer perimeter path is essential as a route for participants to travel, in addition to the two straight paths that intersect in the center of the park. After this cleaning, the remaining section of the outer perimeter path remains uncleaned, covering an area of approximately 25 meters and 75 square meters. We believe we can complete the work with three more cleaning sessions, and hope to complete it by the end of the year.

『次回の目標 / Next Target 』

次回の清掃目標は、今回の清掃エリアに続く外周部で、約 25㎡を清掃する予定です。
Our next cleaning goal is to clean approximately 25m2 of the perimeter, which continues from the area cleaned this time.
