交通公園、新しい利用者の方々 / Traffic Park, New Visitors

昨年から路面清掃をしている赤穂市交通公園に、新しい利用者の方々が訪問された嬉しい報告を届けます。
We're pleased to report that new visitors have visited Ako City Traffic Park, where we've been cleaning the road surface since last year.

当初、交通公園の路面上は小石や砂が薄く覆い、場所によっては土砂が溜まり、芝や草が繁茂するなど、自転車やオートバイの練習場所としては決して安全とは言えませんでした。そこで、昨年、2024年3月から路面清掃を始めて、徐々に清掃完了エリアを増やして 1年と半年余りになり、未だ路面の全面清掃には至っていませんが、今年に入ってから少しずつ利用される方を見掛ける様になりました、そして、今日、嬉しい事に、二組 6名の方がこの交通公園を初めて訪れてオートバイの練習をしてくれたのです。

Initially, the road surface at Traffic Park was covered with a thin layer of pebbles and sand, with accumulated sediment in some areas and overgrown with grass and grass, making it far from a safe place to practice cycling or motorcycling. Therefore, we began road cleaning in March 2024 and gradually expanded the area. It's been a year and a half since then, and while the entire road surface has yet to be cleaned, we've gradually seen more and more visitors using the park since the beginning of this year. Today, we were delighted to see two groups of six people visiting Traffic Park for the first time to practice motorcycling.

お一人は、オートバイには長年乗っていらっしゃる様子ですが、最近になって空き地などで練習を始められた様子で、是非、これからも利用して上達してください。そして、5名で訪れられた方々は、オートバイ免許取得を目指す息子さんとその友達、そして親御さん達との事でした。やはり、クラッチ付きのオートバイは慣れるのが大切です。存分に利用して、楽しいオートバイライフの実現を祈っています。

One of them has been riding motorcycles for many years, but recently started practicing in vacant lots. We hope they continue to use the park and improve their skills. The five visitors were a son and his friend, who are aiming to get their motorcycle license, and their parents. It's important to get used to riding a motorcycle with a clutch.
