GRAの公式Webサイトの閲覧数が、10月11日、通常の倍以上の数字を記録しました。しかも、その増加分の殆どが 中国とシンガポールからの閲覧で占めているなど、今まで経験した事が無い事が起きているのです。
On October 11th, the number of views on GRA's official website more than doubled its usual number. Furthermore, the majority of the increase came from China and Singapore, marking something we've never experienced before.
恐らく、何かのSNSサイトを通じて、特定のページが拡散しているのだと思います。その分析はまだ行なっていませんが、今回の様な急な増加にはあまり影響されたくないと考えています。決して炎上ネタになる様な記事は無い筈ですし、活動ポリシーに沿って作成している記事の内容が一時的な閲覧傾向に左右されたくないからです。でも、英語圏以外の国で今回の様な現象が起きている事は興味深いですね。
We suspect that a specific page is spreading via some social media site. While we haven't yet analyzed the details, we don't want to be overly influenced by a sudden increase like this. We certainly don't have any articles that could become controversial, and we don't want the content of our articles, which are written in accordance with our policy, to be influenced by temporary viewing trends. However, it is interesting that this phenomenon is occurring in countries other than English-speaking countries.
